Your Flow is secured by you
Zypto App is non-custodial. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device, Zypto never has access to your FLOW and every transaction is signed locally. For account access, every user sets a PIN with optional biometric security (fingerprint or face recognition). You can also filter your wallet to show only verified tokens, protecting you from random airdrops or unsafe assets. For offline hardware wallet security, pair with the Vault Key Card, card-based cold-wallet hardware that signs transactions over NFC, keys never touch the internet.
What is Flow?
Flow is a proof-of-stake layer-1 blockchain built by Dapper Labs and launched in 2020, after the team's earlier CryptoKitties project showed how a popular app could congest Ethereum. It was designed for consumer apps, games, and digital collectibles, and it is the network behind officially licensed projects such as NBA Top Shot, NFL All Day, and UFC Strike. Instead of sharding, Flow splits validation across four specialized node types so the network can handle high traffic. It supports both its own Cadence language and Solidity, which lets Ethereum-style contracts run alongside native ones. FLOW is the network's own token. It pays transaction fees, secures the chain through staking and delegation, and is intended to carry on-chain governance as that framework matures.
