Your Usual is secured by you
Zypto App is non-custodial. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device, Zypto never has access to your USUAL and every transaction is signed locally. For account access, every user sets a PIN with optional biometric security (fingerprint or face recognition). You can also filter your wallet to show only verified tokens, protecting you from random airdrops or unsafe assets. For offline hardware wallet security, pair with the Vault Key Card, card-based cold-wallet hardware that signs transactions over NFC, keys never touch the internet.
What is Usual?
Usual is a decentralized stablecoin protocol. Its core product is USD0, a stablecoin fully backed by tokenized real-world assets such as short-term US Treasury bills, designed to stay independent of the traditional banking system while remaining usable across DeFi. The USUAL token governs the protocol and is tied to its economics. Holders vote on protocol parameters and share in protocol revenue, with the bulk of the value routed back to the community rather than retained by the issuer. Usual launched in 2024, with USD0 and the USUAL governance token built primarily on Ethereum and extended to chains including BNB Chain and Base. As a newer protocol whose model depends on the value and liquidity of its RWA collateral, USUAL carries the risks common to young DeFi systems.
