Opinion is a blockchain-based prediction market where users trade on the outcome of real-world events. Built by Opinion Labs, it focuses on macroeconomic data, news, and other measurable outcomes, using yes/no markets whose share prices reflect the live probability of an event. It pairs an order book with oracle infrastructure to settle markets on-chain. OPN is the platform's native utility and governance token, used to support trading activity, access data services, fund incentive programs, and vote on protocol decisions. The token completed its public launch in March 2026, following seed and pre-Series A funding rounds. As a newly launched token in the prediction-market category, it is early in its development and its markets and liquidity are still growing.
