For account access, every user sets a PIN with optional biometric security (fingerprint or face recognition). What is FOLKS?
Folks Finance is a decentralized finance protocol for lending and borrowing crypto. Users can supply assets to earn yield or post them as collateral to borrow against, and the protocol has grown into a cross-chain lending hub that works across several networks from one interface. It first launched on the Algorand blockchain in 2022 and later expanded to chains including Ethereum, Avalanche, Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Polygon, and Sei, using cross-chain messaging so users can move and collateralize assets between ecosystems. FOLKS is the protocol's token, used for governance and to align long-term participants. It has a fixed maximum supply of 50 million.
