Dogs (DOGS) is a community memecoin on The Open Network (TON), the blockchain tied to the Telegram messaging app. The token takes its theme from Spotty, a hand-drawn dog mascot associated with Telegram's founder, and it was built to reward the platform's large user base. DOGS has no formal utility beyond being a memecoin. Its value rests on community interest and trading activity rather than a product or protocol fee.
