Keeping your Cysic safe - how Zypto handles security
Zypto App is non-custodial. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device. Zypto never has access to your CYS, and every transaction is signed locally. For higher security, pair with the Vault Key Card, the card-based cold-wallet hardware that signs transactions over NFC without exposing keys to the internet.
What is Cysic?
Cysic is a decentralized compute network built around zero-knowledge proofs. Generating these cryptographic proofs is heavy work, so Cysic combines specialized hardware with a network of nodes to produce and verify them at scale, and offers that capacity to zero-knowledge projects and other compute-intensive workloads. The team describes the model as turning verifiable computation into an on-chain resource. CYS is the network's native token. It is used to pay for proof generation, to reward the node operators who supply compute, and to stake within a consensus model that weighs useful computational work alongside capital. The total supply is one billion tokens. Cysic launched its mainnet and the CYS token in December 2025. Cysic is a very new, infrastructure-focused project. The network reports integrations with several zero-knowledge ecosystems, but the token and mainnet are recent, so it remains early-stage with the uncertainty that follows.
