Zypto App is non-custodial. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device, Zypto never has access to your STAU and every transaction is signed locally. For account access, every user sets a PIN with optional biometric security (fingerprint or face recognition). You can also filter your wallet to show only verified tokens, protecting you from random airdrops or unsafe assets. What is STAU?
STAU is the token of a blockchain project that connects digital assets to physical gold, letting users buy gold products through its ecosystem rather than holding the metal themselves. The project frames gold as a recognized store of value and aims to make ownership of high-value gold more accessible in fractional, digital form. The token runs on Polygon as a Polygon PoS asset. It is developed by Starry Japan, a gold-product manufacturer, with logistics handled through a major shipping partner so that purchased gold items can be delivered to buyers. STAU trades on several centralized exchanges. Tokens that bridge to real-world goods depend heavily on the issuer's operations and on the honesty of the off-chain arrangements, so it is worth researching how redemption and fulfillment actually work before holding STAU.
