What is Arkham?
Arkham is an on-chain analytics platform that maps blockchain activity to real-world entities, letting users track wallets, follow fund flows, and research transactions across major networks. It has two main parts: an analytics product that labels addresses, and the Intel Exchange, a marketplace where people post and fulfill bounties for specific on-chain information. The company also operates a separate trading exchange. ARKM is the platform's utility token, issued as an ERC-20 on Ethereum. It is the medium of exchange inside the Intel Exchange, where users stake ARKM to fund intelligence bounties and analysts earn ARKM for fulfilling them. The token is also used for access to premium features, for governance, and for staking, with stakers receiving a share of Intel Exchange transaction fees. ARKM launched in July 2023 alongside the Intel Exchange. Note that the platform's address-labeling approach has drawn privacy debate, which is worth understanding before you research it.
