What makes Zypto the right place for your Anvil (ANVL)

Most Anvil wallets do one thing: hold ANVL. Zypto App is a full DeFi wallet built for actually using it. Hold ANVL non-custodially on the Ethereum network, swap into 24,000+ assets across 20+ chains via in-app DEX integrations, connect to dApps with WalletConnect, and use the value through the Zypto Premium Visa Card and Zypto's bill-pay and gift-card surfaces.

Whether you're new and looking for your first Anvil wallet app or your first ANVL wallet, or an experienced DeFi user who wants one wallet for holding, swapping and real-world spending, Zypto is built for both, without sacrificing self-custody.

ANVL security in Zypto: where your keys actually live

Zypto App is non-custodial. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device. Zypto never has access to your ANVL, and every transaction is signed locally. For higher security, pair with the Vault Key Card, the card-based cold-wallet hardware that signs transactions over NFC without exposing keys to the internet.

What is Anvil?

Anvil is a set of Ethereum smart contracts for managing collateral and issuing fully secured credit. Its core idea is an onchain letter of credit, similar to a bank-guaranteed payment instrument, where funds are verified and locked so a payment is backed by real collateral. Users deposit assets into vaults, issue collateral-backed letters of credit, and supply vault tokens to collateral pools, which makes it a collateral primitive other DeFi applications can build on. ANVL is the protocol's governance token. Holders vote on protocol updates, which assets are supported, and approvals for external contracts, and in some applications ANVL can itself be used as collateral. It is an ERC-20 token associated with the Acronym Foundation. As a specialized DeFi credit protocol, Anvil carries smart-contract and collateral risks, so understand how its vaults and letters of credit work before engaging. You can check the Anvil price and hold ANVL in a self-custody wallet.

ANVL wallet questions, answered

What's the best Anvil wallet app?

That depends on what you want to do with your ANVL. If you're holding only, any non-custodial wallet works. If you also want to use Anvil for real-world spending through the Zypto Premium Visa Card, pay bills, top up phones, or swap into other assets, Zypto App is purpose-built for that while still being fully non-custodial.

Is the Zypto Anvil wallet non-custodial?

Yes. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device. Zypto never has access to your ANVL. Every transaction is signed locally on your device before it reaches the network.

Can I use Anvil for real-world spending without selling it?

Through the Zypto Premium Visa Card, your ANVL balance is converted at the point of sale, so you use the value of your crypto for real-world spending wherever Visa is accepted, subject to eligibility and applicable limits. You can also swap ANVL into stablecoins in-app for bill pay or gift cards.

Which chains can I swap Anvil into?

20+ chains including Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, BNB Chain and TRON. Cross-chain swaps happen inside Zypto App, no separate wallets required.

How do I back up my Anvil wallet?

During setup, Zypto App generates a 12-word recovery phrase. Write it down and store it offline somewhere safe. For higher security, pair Zypto App with a Vault Key Card, the card-based cold-wallet hardware that signs transactions over NFC without exposing your keys to the internet.

Is Zypto App available in my country?

The wallet itself is available globally on iOS, Android and web. Some features (in-app buying, the Zypto Premium Visa Card) are region-restricted. Check the support center for your country's specific availability.

Is Zypto App free?

The app is free to download and use. Standard network fees apply to on-chain transactions. Card and bill-pay services carry transparent transaction fees published in the app.
