Rei (Unit 00) is an autonomous AI agent built by the 0xReisearch team, which works on combining AI agents with on-chain activity. Unit 00 analyzes crypto markets, tracks wallet and whale flows, and stores its insights using a semantic memory system that can be referenced by other agents.
REI is the ecosystem token tied to the project. It is positioned to gate access to the team's SDK and API and to let users deploy their own agents over time. The token launched in 2024 and trades on the Base network, where most of its liquidity sits on decentralized exchanges.
This is an early-stage AI-agent project, a fast-moving and speculative corner of the market, so treat REI as a high-risk asset.
