What is Pundi X?
Pundi X is a blockchain payments project focused on making crypto usable for everyday commerce. It builds point-of-sale hardware and wallet software so merchants can accept cryptocurrencies alongside local currency in physical stores, with its XPOS terminals and related apps handling transactions across multiple chains.
PUNDIX is the project's utility token. It is used for payments within the ecosystem and for participation in governance. It is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum. The project ran its first token sale in early 2018 and originally used the NPXS token, which was redenominated to PUNDIX through a community-approved swap that ran from March 2021 to March 2022, reducing the supply from roughly 258 billion to about 258 million.
