Your Citrea is secured by you
Zypto App is non-custodial. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device, Zypto never has access to your CTR and every transaction is signed locally. For account access, every user sets a PIN with optional biometric security (fingerprint or face recognition). You can also filter your wallet to show only verified tokens, protecting you from random airdrops or unsafe assets. For offline hardware wallet security, pair with the Vault Key Card, card-based cold-wallet hardware that signs transactions over NFC, keys never touch the internet.
What is Citrea?
Citrea is a zero-knowledge rollup that aims to scale Bitcoin and make it programmable. It uses ZK technology and a trust-minimized BTC bridge to bring smart-contract style applications to the Bitcoin economy, while settling security back to the Bitcoin network. CTR is Citrea's coordination and governance asset. Holders can stake CTR to receive xCTR, a non-transferable token that grants voting rights over the project's treasury under a vote-escrow style model. The CTR token launched in 2026 with a capped supply of 10 billion, the majority allocated to the community, and trading opened across several major exchanges that May.
