1) Required UK risk warning

Don’t invest unless you’re prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you should not expect to be protected if something goes wrong.

2) How Zypto works

Zypto is a non-custodial wallet. You use your own keys to interact directly with blockchains and decentralized protocols. Zypto does not execute orders, does not hold customer’s digital assets, and is not an exchange.
When you choose to buy, sell, convert, cash-in or cash-out, you continue to an independent third-party provider or partner that presents its own checks, terms and UK risk information.

3) When you will see warnings

• Any Zypto-owned UK screen with a Buy / Sell / Convert / Swap action.

• Interstitial screens shown before opening a partner widget or webview.

• Confirmation screens where a conversion occurs, including crypto-funded gift cards or mobile top-ups.

4) Key risks you should understand

• High risk – Cryptoasset prices can be volatile, including going to zero.

• No protection – You are unlikely to have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

• Technology risks – Protocol, network, smart-contract, or wallet mistakes can cause loss.

• Execution and costs – Network fees, partner fees and slippage can be significant and can change quickly.

• Irreversibility – Many blockchain and conversion actions are final once submitted.

• Tax – Buying, selling or converting cryptoassets may create tax obligations. Consider independent advice.

• Independent providers – Partners control their own onboarding, checks, pricing, limits, and availability in the UK.

5) Conversions, fees and irreversibility

Before you confirm any transaction, check:

• The rate and all fees shown by the provider and in Zypto’s summary.

• The net amount you will receive.

• That you understand the action may be irreversible once submitted.

6) Complaints and support

• For issues with a partner order (pricing, execution, onboarding, refunds), contact the provider directly using the details in their widget or receipt.
