Perle is an on-chain data layer built to supply high-quality, human-verified datasets for training artificial intelligence systems. Contributors carry out tasks like data annotation, evaluation, and validation across text, images, and audio, and each contribution, review, and quality check is recorded on-chain to create a verifiable audit trail of where the data came from.

PRL is the native token of the Perle ecosystem, deployed on Solana. It coordinates and rewards contributors and aligns them with the data consumers who use the network. The token has a fixed supply of one billion. Perle Labs was founded by veterans of the AI data industry and launched PRL in 2025.
