USAT is a US dollar stablecoin designed to hold a steady value of around one dollar, intended for payments, trading, and use across on-chain applications. It belongs to the broad category of fiat-pegged tokens that aim to provide stability against typical crypto volatility.

The token follows the familiar reserve-backed stablecoin model, where each unit is meant to correspond to backing held to support the peg. Its purpose is to serve as a dependable dollar-denominated asset on-chain.
