什麼是 Sushi？

Sushi, often known as SushiSwap, is a decentralized exchange that lets people swap tokens directly from their own wallets. It uses an automated market maker model, where trades run against pooled liquidity supplied by users rather than a traditional order book. It launched in 2020 as a fork of Uniswap and added its own token from the start.

The SUSHI token is the protocol's governance asset and also entitles holders to a share of trading fees when staked. Holders can vote on proposals that shape fees, incentives, and the platform's direction. Sushi began on Ethereum and has since expanded to many other networks, including layer-2 chains, with support for cross-chain swaps.
