什麼是 Safe？

Safe is smart wallet infrastructure for managing assets on-chain. It is best known for its multisignature accounts, which spread control across several owners so there is no single point of failure, and it adds tools like transaction simulation, spending limits, and role-based access for teams managing shared treasuries.

SAFE is the governance token for SafeDAO, the decentralized organization that stewards the protocol. The product began life as Gnosis Safe and spun out under the Safe name in 2022, with the SAFE token and SafeDAO introduced later that year.

Safe runs on Ethereum and a range of EVM networks, and it is widely used by major organizations and protocols to secure on-chain funds. It is one of the more established pieces of wallet infrastructure in the ecosystem, with billions of dollars in assets held through its accounts.
