什麼是 Hydration？

Hydration, formerly HydraDX, is a decentralized exchange and DeFi hub built as a parachain on Polkadot. Its core feature is the Omnipool, an automated market maker that holds all assets in one shared pool rather than separate pairs. That design allows single-sided liquidity provision, fewer routing hops, and lower slippage on swaps, and it taps Polkadot's shared security and cross-chain messaging for transfers between networks. Beyond swaps, Hydration supports lending, token launches, and automated strategies like dollar-cost averaging.

HDX is the protocol's token, used for governance 與 staking. It first reached holders through Polkadot's crowdloan and parachain model, with the Omnipool going live in 2022. The project rebranded from HydraDX to Hydration in 2024.
