什麼是 CoW Protocol？

CoW Protocol is a decentralized trading protocol that uses an intent-based model. Instead of sending each trade straight to a single exchange, users submit what they want, and third parties called solvers compete to find the best execution. Orders are collected over short windows and settled together in batches, which helps shield trades from a form of price exploitation known as MEV.

The COW token launched in 2022 and serves as the governance asset for CoW DAO, the community that oversees the protocol. Holders vote on upgrades, fee settings, and treasury decisions, and solvers bond COW to take part in the auctions that settle trades. The protocol grew out of work by the Gnosis team and runs on Ethereum, Gnosis Chain, Arbitrum, and Base.
