Tether Gold (XAUT) is a gold-backed token issued by TG Commodities Limited, where each token represents one troy ounce of physical gold held on a London Good Delivery bar in a Swiss vault. It tracks the market price of physical gold rather than a fiat currency, giving on-chain exposure to gold you can hold, send and swap like any other token — without storing or insuring the metal yourself. Within Zypto App you can hold, send and swap XAUT on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
