OpenGradient is a decentralized AI infrastructure network built for verifiable AI inference. The idea is that AI model calls can be cryptographically checked before their results are settled on-chain, so the computation is auditable rather than opaque. It also runs a Model Hub, an open store where developers can upload, share, and access AI models in a censorship-resistant way.

OPG is the network's native token. It is used to pay for inference, to monetize models, for staking and network security, for application access, and for governance. OpenGradient is its own blockchain, designed from the ground up around verifiable AI, and the OPG token went live through a token generation event on April 21, 2026.
