Metal Blockchain คืออะไร?

Metal Blockchain (METAL) is a Layer 0 network aimed at banks, fintechs, and other regulated businesses that need compliant on-chain infrastructure. It is built as a fork of the Avalanche codebase and uses the same four-chain structure of an exchange chain, a contract chain, and a platform chain, with smart contract support and the ability to launch separate subnets that run in parallel. The core developer behind it is Metallicus, the company also known for Metal Pay.

It is used to pay transaction fees, to secure the network through staking, and as a unit of account across the different subnets. Running a validator requires holding a set amount of METAL, and validators and delegators earn rewards for helping secure the chain.
