How are crypto prices determined?
Prices are set by supply and demand across global exchanges, traded 24/7. The figures here are volume-weighted averages, so larger, more liquid markets count more. Data is provided by CoinGecko.
What is market cap?
Market cap is the current price multiplied by the circulating supply. It's a rough measure of an asset's size relative to others, and the default way this table is ranked.
Why do prices move so much?
