Zypto Contributor Guidelines
Welcome! We’re excited that you’re interested in contributing to the Zypto Blog. To ensure we deliver the best possible content to our audience, please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your article.
Content Focus
We’re looking for high-quality, original content that provides genuine value to the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 communities.
Topics We Accept
- Cryptocurrency news and updates
- Coin and token news
- Blockchain trends and innovations
- Web3 technologies, DeFi topics, and related areas
Content We Don’t Accept
To maintain the highest standards for our readers, we do not accept:
- Gambling-related content
- Adult or pornographic content
- ICO promotions or fundraising-related articles
- Articles promoting direct competitors to Zypto
- Content from link-building or SEO outreach agencies
- Content from content resellers or bulk guest post providers
- Articles written purely for backlink placement
Submissions must be original, high-quality, and created for our audience – not for link acquisition.
Mentions of Competitors
- Neutral mentions of other platforms or services are acceptable if necessary for context.
- Promotional content about direct competitors is not permitted.
- Links to competitor websites or landing pages are not accepted.
- Zypto reserves the right to edit, remove, or nofollow competitor mentions or any link at its sole discretion.
Outgoing Links Policy
- One (1) self-promotional link (e.g., to your website, blog, or company) is allowed per article.
- Links should either reflect the article content, or link to the works of the author.
- Links must add clear value to the reader and must not be sales-driven or spammy.
- No affiliate links are allowed unless pre-approved.
- Zypto may edit, remove, or nofollow any links that do not meet editorial standards.
Quality Standards
- Originality: Articles must be 100% original and not published anywhere else, including on personal blogs, Medium, or other platforms.
- Language: English
- Length: Minimum 800 words.
- Tone: Matches Zypto’s brand (professional but engaging).
- Writing Style: Clear structure using headings (H2, H3), bullet points, and concise paragraphs.
- AI Content: Light AI-assisted editing is acceptable. Fully AI-generated articles are not accepted.
- Sources: Cite credible sources where applicable and where claims are made.
Publishing Fee
- A flat publishing fee of $99 USD applies to accepted articles.
- This fee covers administration, pre-review, editorial review, SEO optimisation, formatting, and publishing.
Publishing Timeline
- Accepted articles are typically published within 3–10 business days after payment is received.
Submission Process
- Submit your article idea or full draft via our Submission Form.
- Our editorial team will review your submission and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for the publishing fee and next steps.
- Please note: Submission does not guarantee publication. Final approval is based on editorial quality and alignment with Zypto’s content strategy.
After Publication
- Authors are encouraged to share their published article across their social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Zypto may also promote selected articles across its channels.

Zypto Contributor Agreement
This Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the author (“Contributor” or “Author”) and Zypto (“Publisher”).
By submitting content to Zypto, you agree to the following terms:
1. Originality and Ownership
- The Author warrants that all submitted content is entirely original, created solely by the Author, and has not been published elsewhere (including the Author’s own blog, Medium, LinkedIn, or other platforms).
- Content must not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
2. Republishing Policy
- Once published by Zypto, the Author agrees not to republish the full article elsewhere (including personal blogs, Medium, newsletters, or other platforms) for a minimum period of 6 months after publication.
- Authors may publish a short excerpt (up to 15% of the article) with a link back to the original article on Zypto.
3. Editorial Rights
- Zypto reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject submitted content to meet editorial standards, house style, SEO requirements and audience relevance.
- Zypto may remove or modify any links deemed inappropriate, excessive, promotional, or in conflict with Zypto’s policies.
4. Outgoing Links
- Authors are permitted one (1) self-promotional link per article.
- Any additional links must add clear value to the reader and are subject to editorial approval.
- No affiliate links are permitted unless expressly pre-approved by Zypto.
5. Publishing Fee
- A publishing fee of $99 USD applies to each accepted article, payable upon acceptance.
- This fee covers administration, editorial review, SEO optimisation, formatting and publishing services.
6. No Guarantee of Publication
- Submission of an article does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
- Zypto reserves full discretion to accept, request revisions, or decline any submission without obligation to provide detailed feedback.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Zypto shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to the publication or non-publication of submitted content.
8. Agreement Acceptance
- By submitting content to Zypto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Contributor Agreement.
