Hyperliquid HyperBFT का उपयोग करता है, जो HotStuff परिवार से प्रेरित एक Byzantine Fault Tolerant consensus protocol है, sub-second finality के साथ transactions को क्रमबद्ध करने के लिए। Order book matching engine smart contract की बजाय protocol level पर चलती है, जो chain को state on-chain verifiable रखते हुए बड़ी मात्रा में orders और cancellations process करने देती है।

On-chain order book
